Founded in 2001 on a simple conviction.

Hildebrand Law Firm, LLC was founded in 2001 by Attorney Kirsten L. Hildebrand with a simple conviction: legal service should be compassionate, resourceful, and fair. What began as a solo practice has grown into a fifteen-person boutique firm serving families and businesses across Southeastern Wisconsin.

We concentrate our practice in estate planning, elder law and Medicaid planning, probate and trust administration, family law, business law, and civil litigation. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all documents, we build customized, trust-based plans designed around each client's goals, and we stay involved as life changes, helping clients keep their plans current over time.

For more than two decades, we've measured success not by documents filed, but by families secured and businesses empowered.
