Erik J. Krueger
Attorney at Law
Erik Krueger has personally handled hundreds of client litigation matters and has experience in pretrial negotiations, discovery, mediation, and trial. He enjoys the creative process of finding legal solutions to a client's unique problem or situation.
Erik began his career as a special prosecutor with the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office, where he tried traffic offenses, made charging decisions, and made bail and sentencing recommendations.
Subsequently, he worked at a small, general practice firm in Brookfield, Wisconsin for over ten years where he gained valuable experience working his clients' cases from start to finish, with an emphasis on family law and civil litigation.
At Hildebrand Law Firm, Erik concentrates his practice on real estate disputes, trust and estate litigation, and family law. While a capable litigator, Erik is mindful of the costs, risks, and overall inefficiency of litigation, and takes pride in identifying and achieving a resolution for his clients that is the best fit for them.
Erik believes a lawyer must advise from wisdom, should make peace where possible, and always demonstrate integrity and determination in the representation of the client's cause.
