Attorney Matthew Kaplan
Matt joined the firm in 2022 having begun his career in civil litigation and in-house corporate work. During his time in practice, he has handled cases involving complex contractual issues and civil litigation.
Matt’s Story
Matt began his legal career in high volume civil litigation focused on class action, collections and consumer cases. Following this, Matt joined a small in-house legal team as part of a 500+ employee software company where he gained valuable experience in contract drafting and negotiation. Wanting to return to litigation, Matt joined a boutique personal injury firm to hone client management and litigation skills, setting him up perfectly for Hildebrand Law Firm.
Matt thoroughly understands that estate planning is one of the most important areas of personal law. He addresses every client with a clean slate so an estate plan is crafted that works best for the client and their family. His upbeat, relaxed, and overall positive personality puts clients at ease in circumstances that are often stressful.
Matt is an avid traveler, sports fan, euchre champion, and mediocre golfer who enjoys spending his free time with his wife and dog, while also going to many Bucks and Brewers games. In the summer, you’ll see him anywhere that has an outdoor patio and at every festival possible.
